Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is free from any pet dander or scent.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
